The Student Film Group is open to all high school students (grades nine-twelve) and college undergraduates. The group meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month to view and discuss films and learn about filmmaking and production techniques. The Student Film Group focuses on specific genres to explore the artistic composition of different film categories. Students select films to be screened for each meeting from a list of genre-specific films. Sessions include viewing a film followed by a discussion that compares and contrasts film techniques.
