Become a Member Today

Becoming a member of the Rehoboth Beach Film Society is a wonderful way to support a community-based, arts organization which strives to bring quality cinematic arts to southern Delaware.

Film enthusiasts can select from six membership levels (see below), each offering a different set of benefits. The schedule of dues takes into consideration students and individuals with limited resources. If you are a Festival fan, please pay special attention on the Membership Application Form to the benefits at each level related to Festival tickets and seating.

All membership levels receive the following core benefits:

• Discount admission to monthly screenings

• Discount admission to select RBFS events

• Newsletter (three per year) sent by regular post or email, your choice.

• Advance notice of Film Society events

• Souvenir Festival program with your name listed

• Complimentary access to RBFS Film Library

• A $1.00 discount on Film Festival tickets

• Early Box Office admission for purchase of Festival tickets to that day’s screenings. Two tickets per film title for individual members; four tickets per film title for couple members

• Advanced ticket purchasing privileges beginning 7:00 PM on Friday

• The satisfaction of helping to bring the art of independent film to local communities

Membership Levels

• Student individual - $20
  Student: For full-time students only. A copy of current school photo I.D. required.

• Film Buff - $40 individual or $60 couple
  Film Buff and Student members receive the core benefits above.

• Associate Producer - $70 individual or $115 couple
  Associate Producer members receive the core benefits above, plus:

  • May purchase tickets for entire Festival with one trip to the Tent Box Office beginning on Wednesday (individual - two tickets per film title; couple - four tickets per film title.) (Note: Advanced ticket sales on Wednesday are for AP members only.)

• Executive Producer - $140 individual or $230 couple
  Executive Producer members receive the core benefits listed above plus:

  • Pre-Festival ticket purchasing - one order (individual memberships may purchase two tickets per film title, couple memberships may purchase four tickets per film title)

  • Complimentary Festival film vouchers (one per individual membership, or two per couple membership)

• Director - $280 individual or $495 couple
  Director members receive the core benefits listed above plus:

  • Pre-Festival ticket purchasing - one order (individual memberships may purhase two tickets per film title, couple memberships may purchase four tickets per film title)

  • Complimentary Festival film vouchers (two per individual membership or four per couple membership)

  • Complimentary beverage card for Festival booth (five drink card for individual, 10 drink card for couple)

  • Priority seating at Festival films for badge holder only. (Badge holder may save one additional seat.)

  • Complimentary Festival souvenir poster.

  • 20 % discount on the purchase of one short-sleeve Festival T-shirt.

• Contributing Director - $420 individual or $630 couple

  • All of the Director benefits listed above plus sponsorship of one Festival film which includes name and mention as film sponsor in Festival program, a complimentary ticket to selected film, and opportunity to introduce film.

 

Membership Expiration Dates

A Rehoboth Beach Film Society membership is based on quarterly expiration dates, a commonly accepted practice among membership-based organizations. All memberships end on one of four dates: March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31. Each membership includes benefits for one November Film Festival.
