Regional Showcase

The Rehoboth Beach Regional Showcase is designed to promote the art of filmmaking by showcasing the films of regional filmmakers, expose audiences to the creative talents of emerging filmmakers, and to provide opportunities for audiences to engage in post-screening discussions with film directors.

This year’s selection will feature eleven films from seven states, an assortment that demonstrates the diversity and vibrancy of the independent film community in the Mid-Atlantic region. The subjects of the films selected run the gamut from a caper through the Swiss Alps to the racial history of the Eastern Shore. Many of the films examine the sufferings of people hiding in plain sight done with care and sympathy. We hope that you will take this special opportunity to view and support the works of emerging filmmakers who create because of their love of the craft.
