ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

The Rehoboth Beach Film Society (RBFS) provides engaging, thought-provoking, and diverse film events throughout the year. Membership dues support these events and outreach activities offered by the RBFS, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the art of film. A description of each membership type and ear-round benefits to members are listed below.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Description:

• An individual membership is available for one person’s use only.
• Members receive a card.

Year-round Benefits:

• Reduced admission to Cinema Art Theater THIS WEEK films.
• Reduced admission to National Theatre Live, The Met: Live in HD and Journeys in Art History (Exhibition On Screen).
• Dues are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
• Reduced admission to select RBFS special events.
• Advance notice of RBFS special events.
• A patron of the cinema arts in Sussex County.

Annual Dues: $40 for Individual Membership

PLUS ONE MEMBERSHIP

Description:

• Plus One is available for two individuals residing in the same household.
• Each Plus One member will receive a membership card.

Note: Plus One membership allows only two discounted admissions per film. One of the household members may bring a guest at the discounted admission rate – if the other cardholder does not attend the screening.

Year-round Benefits:

• Reduced admission to Cinema Art Theater THIS WEEK films for each cardholder or the cardholder’s guest if a household member elects not to attend.
• Dues are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
• Reduced admission to National Theatre Live, The Met: Live in HD and  Journeys in Art History (Exhibition On Screen).
• Advance notice of RBFS special.
• Delaware Beach Life magazine: 20% discount on subscription and merchandise in their shopping cart (enter discount code: RBFS)
• A patron of the cinema arts in Sussex county.

Annual Dues: $70 for Plus One Membership

GOLD SUSTAINING MEMBERSHIP

A Gold Sustaining Membership level is also available and helps to support operating costs at the Cinema Art Theater while offering benefits to the purchaser. 

Membership is based on quarterly expiration dates: March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31.

Benefits:

1. Free admission to Cinema Art Theater: This Week screenings
2. A 20% discount on Delaware Beach Life magazine subscription and merchandise
3. $3 admission discount to Metropolitan Opera: Live in HD,
   $2 admission discount to National Theatre Live,
   BroadwayHD & What Makes Us Tick? screenings
4. One complimentary bottle of water per CAT: This Week Screening
5. Advance notice of RBFS events via weekly email
6. Membership is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law
7. 10% discount to participating restaurants listed below: (You must present your current
   GOLD card to receive discount.)

The Gold Sustaining Membership Level was added as a means of helping to support operating costs at the Cinema Art Theater while offering usable benefits to the purchaser. A special thank you to the participating restaurants who are support the Film Society’s efforts as well.
